Role - GaME DESIGNER

Help bring the Cyberpunk TCG to life! Work closely with designers and creatives to build high-quality gameplay experiences that capture the essence of Cyberpunk and expand what the TCG can do.

Contribute to, co-lead, and lead products with strong narrative and mechanical through-lines. Design and iterate on cards, mechanics, and sets grounded in strong TCG design and narrative principles.

You

  • Professional self-starter who excels in a chaotic, fast-moving startup.

  • Emotionally intelligent and resilient, thrives on direct feedback.

  • Experience in a variety of facets of designing a trading card game including set theming, narrative & world building, and card creation.

  • 1-3+ years of professional experience designing or developing trading card games, narrative-based games, board games, and/or turn-based digital strategy games.

  • Passionate about TCGs - a successful competitive background in card games is a plus!

  • Remote-role with strong preference for individuals in time zones to collaborate easily with US based employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with other game and narrative designers to develop central themes for products utilizing a variety of source materials.

  • Become a master of Cyberpunk lore - capturing the essence of Cyberpunk in each and every card and product!

  • Perform initial playtesting and exploration of card shapes and mechanics for future iteration.

  • Participate in and lead game design discussions to hone and evolve design philosophy.

  • Foster growth and development in associate level talent.
