Experienced TCG Organized Play specialist supporting Cyberpunk TCG competitive programming from LGS to premier tournaments, with independent ownership of tournament systems and OP administrative workflows.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of professional TCG organized play, tournament administration, competitive gaming operations or comparable experience.

  • Demonstrated independent tournament setup and administration in Melee.gg.

  • Strong competitive TCG knowledge: Swiss rounds, top cuts, pairings, standings and tournament policies.

  • Direct experience with registration, player communications, judge coordination and tournament administration.

  • Working knowledge of judge programs, rules enforcement and competitive staffing requirements.

  • Strong Discord skills including server administration, permissions and community communications.

  • Google Workspace and spreadsheet proficiency for tracking, scheduling, reporting and documentation.

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot tournament platform and administrative issues.

  • Strong writing, organization and management of multiple program deadlines.

  • Experience coordinating with external TOs and internal stakeholders; travel/weekends as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • TCG publisher Organized Play department or major TO experience.

  • Judge recruitment, certification or program administration experience.

  • LGS OP programs, retailer applications and participation reporting experience.

  • Competitive events with 500+ players.

  • Coordination of tournament platform requirements with developers.

Position expectation

  • Must be proficient in Melee and competitive TCG tournament administration at hire.

  • Onboarding covers Cyberpunk-specific rules, policies and systems, not fundamental tournament operations.

TOURNAMENT PLATFORMS & PROGRAMMING

  • Build, configure and administer Cyberpunk TCG tournaments using Melee.gg.

  • Manage registration configuration, tournament formats, pairings, standings and competitive schedules.

  • Troubleshoot tournament administration issues and maintain platform accuracy.

  • Provide tournament programming requirements to Event Operations for EORs, conventions and partner events.

JUDGE PROGRAM

  • Support judge recruitment, applications, onboarding, certification and program administration.

  • Maintain judge communications, records, documentation and certification tracking.

  • Coordinate judge staffing requirements and competitive policies with Event Operations.

  • Support OP leadership on judge program development and rules initiatives.

OP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

  • Maintain OP calendars, tournament schedules, deadlines and reporting.

  • Support LGS OP initiatives, retailer applications, participation reporting and approvals with Retail.

  • Coordinate OP inventory requirements, prize support, promo allocations and production needs with responsible departments.

  • Coordinate with development teams on OP platform functionality and tournament system requirements.

  • Administer internal playtesting and company tournaments via Discord and Melee.gg.

  • Maintain accurate OP documentation, communications and program information.
