Retail Program Specifications

We’ll be opening our retailer program application to brick-and-mortar stores with play space starting March 1st, 2026. Once you’ve filled out the application and gotten approved, you’ll get the opportunity to order Cyberpunk TCG products through our list of authorized distributors. See our list of distributors per region below.

We know that the uncertainty of product availability is a major concern for LGSs carrying TCGs. That is why WeirdCo is prepared to guarantee your allocation. If you place an order for Cyberpunk TCG before May 1st, 2026, WeirdCo will guarantee your allocation plus a guaranteed restock unlocked once stores start running events.

To guarantee allocation through product distribution, stores must sign up and place an order before May 1st, 2026. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect from the sign-up process.

Sign-Up Forms Open March 1st

Starting March 1st, 2026, all retail stores can sign up with us as an Official Cyberpunk TCG Organized Play Store through https://cyberpunktcg.com.

Only brick and mortar stores that have play space and are willing to commit to hosting Cyberpunk TCG Organized Play events will be eligible to order product before May 1st, 2026.

If you place an order for Set 1 Retail of Cyberpunk TCG through an authorized distributor by May 1st, 2026, you will be eligible for the guaranteed allocation and restock program:

  • WeirdCo and your distributor will communicate to you the final amount of product you will receive on launch before May 31st.
  • This is to prevent a single store from ordering an excess amount of product. We reserve the right to limit the allocation, but if you put in a reasonable order before May 1st, you should expect to receive 100% of that order amount.

  • After your guaranteed allocation has been communicated, you’ll also have access to a guaranteed 20% restock that will be unlocked once your store has successfully run Organized Play events (final restock conditions to be communicated at a later date).
  • In addition, you’ll receive a demo kit before the full retail release.

Additional Perks for Ordering Before May 1st

You’ll have access to ordering a limited amount of Cyberpunk TCG Beta booster displays.

Beta booster displays refer to the booster displays available during the Kickstarter. By ordering a required quantity of Beta booster displays with your local distributor, you’ll also receive a Beta Event kit containing materials for the first-ever Cyberpunk TCG in-store event.

The Beta booster display is a separate SKU from the Set 1 retail booster display, with each receiving exclusive content. These two SKUs are designed to facilitate the transition from Kickstarter to Retail. More details to come on specifics.

Lastly, stores that place an order early will also receive a Cyberpunk TCG Alpha Kit, which includes two starter decks, two sets of dice, and one of three Nova Rare Arasaka Legends. These kits will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are quantity limited.

What Is Our Focus with Distribution?

Our distribution strategy will focus on appointing one dedicated distributor in each main market. Through this model, we aim to build long-term relationships with stores by working closely with our distribution partners, positioning them not only as logistics providers but as market development partners in organized play.

Joint operational activities will include coordinated sales planning, organized play support, retail activation programs, and acquisition campaigns to maximize community engagement. This approach allows us to strengthen our presence at the local retail level while leveraging the distributor’s established network and market knowledge.

Once you sign up for our retail program, we’ll be providing updates during and after our Kickstarter launch on March 17th, 2026.
